This is an anonymous internal system for reporting complaints and issues for CHEM Group and MPR employees only.
All messages are immediately sent to the Senior Leadership Team, in order to insure this is anonymous there is no record of email or name of who submitted the complaint or issue. ORG CHEM Group is committed to following our HSE Policy and we take any potential infraction very seriously and we appreciate the action you are taking to insure the Company is aware when these standards are at risk. Our standing in the Community and our Regulators is of the utmost importance. Through this system you are enabling the company to immediately investigate a problem and insure all those responsible are involved such that full and accurate reports are made to our Regulators as required.
If you would like direct contact with any member of the Senior Leadership Team up to and including the CEO please call or email them directly. All issues and complaints submitted directly will get a reply and every effort made to resolve the problem or address the issue. If the matter involves the poor conduct of an employee or contractor please notify HR so they can collect enough information to respond.
If this matter is related to an urgent Safety, Health or Environmental matter please contact your Supervisor.
