Evansville, IN [January 13, 2020] – ORG Chem Group, an industry-leading custom chemicals processor and supplier of specialty chemical products and technical services, announced that its corporate headquarters and three plant facilities have achieved Responsible Care® certification from the American Chemistry Council.

Responsible Care® enables America’s leading chemical companies to achieve even higher standards of performance and generate greater value for their businesses. The Responsible Care Management System offers an integrated, structured approach to improve company performance in the following key areas: community awareness and emergency response; security; distribution; employee health and safety; pollution prevention; and process and product safety.

To achieve this prestigious industry certification, chemical companies must undergo a mandatory certification process by an independent, accredited auditor to ensure they have a structure and system in place to verify performance.
