MARLOTHERM® N
MARLOTHERM® N is an inexpensive synthetic organic heat transfer fluid for use in the liquid phase in closed, non-pressurized, forced circulation heat transfer systems and can be used instead of mineral oils. MARLOTHERM® N is recommended for use in the temperature range from 302°F (150°C) to 572°F (300°C).
MARLOTHERM® N has proven to be extremely stable to thermal degradation. It is particularly suitable in applications for which exposure to air cannot be completely prevented. MARLOTHERM® N can be used in systems requiring start-up temperatures as low as -14°F (-10°C) without the need for heat tracing. MARLOTHERM® N is non-corrosive and is compatible with pure graphite, PTFE and fluoroelastomer seals and gaskets.
